Returns and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please register returns exclusively via the return form.
Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly, with return shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, and custom or personalized products (e.g. special orders). We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, with the return shipping label costs deducted from the refund amount. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@cyez.store.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us either by email at support@cyez.store or by using our withdrawal form.
Your statement must clearly express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
